About
In two words: Passion, Experience.
In a few bullet points
I am an Entrepreneur with +10 years of experience across the fields of Product, Marketing and Sales.
Having kicked off and sold my first startup at age 12, I have spent the past decade working alongside entrepreneurs to build both exciting small unicorns as well as large multinationals.
My personal highlights are having worked at i2x -An AI SaaS startup by serial entrepreneur Michael Brehm-, OST.com -A SaaS Blockchain startup by Jason Goldberg- and CastorEDC -A SaaS MedTech-.
Advisors and Consultants are happy to give you what is a perfect solution in paper and then leave you to actually make it happen. I work both strategically as well as hands-on. It is a partnership and I won’t stop until we get there.

Growth Marketing
Growth is a data-driven experimental and iterative process. In Growth the Marketing and Product departments work together to achieve better performance in all stages of the user funnel:
Awareness: Making your users aware that your company exists.
Acquisition: Getting users to your platform.
Activation: Having users create an account or request to be contacted.
Retention: Keep your users using your platform to prevent churn.
Referral: When your users refer your platform to their colleagues/friends.
Revenue: Creating a strategy to upsell users into larger packages.
Product-Market Fit Testing
Having Product-Market Fit means that your product solves a specific pain point/need that your target market is willing to pay for.
From the following data points you can gather a good understand of how your app is performing and can then Pivot until P/M Fit is achieved.
Qualitative data: Speaking directly to the end users to learn their use case and experience using the product.
Quantitative data: Monitoring KPIs that measure the activity of your users and the retention rates.
